The scope of this recruitment covers eight categories: energy power, new energy; chemistry, hydrogen energy, energy storage; electrical engineering; civil engineering; materials science and engineering; marine engineering; mathematics, IT, artificial intelligence; economics, management, and law. 2.具有全球化视野和较高专业素养，较强的独立研究、分析和管理能力，全面掌握本专业世界前沿发展动态，具备引领本专业发展方向的能力。
3.一般应具有博士学位，国外知名高校、科研机构或企业2年及以上的工作经历。
4.在本行业内具有世界一流研究水平、较高声誉和影响力者优先；主持过重大科研项目，或在全球顶级学术杂志发表过学术成果、有尖端技术专利者优先。

2. Own a global perspective and high professionalism, strong independent research, analysis and management skills, a comprehensive grasp of the world's frontier development of the profession, and the ability to lead the direction of development of the profession.
3. Generally should have a doctorate degree and 2 years or more of working experience in a well-known foreign university, research institution or enterprise.
